My interest in bodywork began at age five, when my dad came home from the hospital after a devastating car accident that left him a quadriplegic. One of my earliest memories is walking into his room and seeing a massage therapist working on his hands. She told me that if I massaged his hands and feet every day, “it would help.” So I did.
Later, as an athlete navigating chronic pain and injury, I developed a deep respect for how intelligent, adaptable, and repairable the body can be. That curiosity led me to yoga, massage training, and years of study in movement and manual therapy.
My approach is precise, intuitive, and client-centered. I’m always looking for the most effective ways to unravel tension and improve function—while also empowering clients with tools to support themselves outside the session.
