I had a spiritual facial experience with Tessa today! Immediately upon walking in, I could feel the warmth of the space and her approach. She took time at the beginning of our session to understand what was going on for me from a whole body perspective and explained that her approach is very holistic and attuned to broader nervous system regulation. Our session was super educational, and she also tailored some of her techniques to be more gentle on my acne-prone skin. I left feeling super calm and restored and with tons of educational resources and new products to work on my skin this year.
