Drawn to the connection between nature, touch, and healing, Chloë found her calling
Born in England and raised between the East Coast and Vermont, Chloë's career as a bodyworker and holistic esthetician began in 2001. While traveling through South America, she found herself soaking in steaming mineral pools, watching massage therapists work on raised platforms above the water. Drawn to the connection between nature, touch, and healing, she returned to Vermont to begin her formal training in massage therapy before continuing her education in esthetics.
Over the next two decades, Chloë traveled the world to deepen her training, always returning to the same belief: healing begins when we slow down, care for ourselves, and reconnect through touch. From the Esalen Institute in Big Sur to collaborating with pioneering formulators like Marie Veronique and Kristina Holey, her work has been shaped by a lifelong study of touch, the skin, and holistic healing.
Her connection to skincare is also deeply personal. Years of navigating her own skin challenges gave her a profound appreciation for the emotional relationship we have with our skin. She believes skincare is never just about appearance—it's about confidence, well-being, and feeling at home in your own body.
After decades of study and practice, Chloë created Bohemia—a sanctuary where thoughtful skincare, holistic treatment, and the healing power of touch come together to help people restore balance and reconnect with themselves.
